fees in escrow until certain milestones are met.

• Refrain from engaging in fraudulent activity, providing false information, or

• Not bypass the platform’s processes for business negotiations or agreements.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in account suspension or termination.

Boost Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from
using, copying, or distributing such materials without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Franquicia Boost is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of the

the financial viability of any business listed.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

• Fraudulent activity

Upon termination, all rights to access the platform will be revoked.
